SMOKING
No Smoking Inside. To keep our homes fresh for every guest, smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the rentals. Smoking is welcome outdoors, but please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of properly in the designated trash bins. A $30 extra cleaning fee will be charged if there is any smoke or marijuana odor detected inside the home upon checkout.

PET POLICY
Pets are strictly prohibited on the property under all circumstances due to severe allergies to pet hair. Bringing a pet onto the premises will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The maximum number of guests permitted to stay overnight in the rental is three, including both adults and children. If more than three guests attempt to stay overnight, you will be asked to vacate the property without refund. Additionally, if it is determined after your stay that more than three guests stayed overnight, a $30 additional cleaning fee will be charged. At the time of booking, guests are asked to indicate the total number of people staying on the property. This policy is in place, because a $15 fee applies to a third guest at the time of booking.
